how to download or stop the youtube vedio in the site?

Dear friends,

Greetings!

I am finding dificult to stop or downloade a vedio from the youtube web site, when i try to find the links it says button4 or button 5 or 6 and so on, i dont know which to enter to downloade or stop the vedio, i ll close the browser rather, when i did that way an error appears saying internet explorer encountered an error send dont send . can any one help regarding this?
